Description

NA The following changes are made to Section 3. SELECTION CRITERIA, subparagraph (f) Subcontracting: Failure of a proposed small disadvantaged business to be registered in PRO-Net at the time the 254?s and 255?s are submitted will result in their elimination as a proposed subcontractor. Is hereby CHANGED TO READ: The registration requirement must be met prior to contract award (approximately six weeks after the request for proposal). Failure of a SDB to be registered in PRO-Net within the approximate six w eeks timeframe will result in their elimination as a proposed subcontractor and the prime contractor must replace the proposed subcontractor with one that is currently registered in PRO-Net. No additional time will be given to a SDB to be registered in PR O-Net.
