Description: Contractor to furnish Terra Torch type Firing Devices, Model 1400 or equal. Once to be delivered to Rock Springs, WY and one to Worland, WY. Devices to be delivered by February 28, 2003. The project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
