If prospective offerors can meet the intent and parameters of the purchase description then copies of the solicitation can be requested from NAVICP Philadelphia by faxing a request to the above listed fax number. If the solicitation requires technical proposals, they will be due when the solicitation closes. Pricing information will be requested when technical acceptability is determined.
