Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has a requirement for three (3) motor/brake/clutch units for the herma labeler, model #300DF Asynchoronous Drive, Part #646745.,unit made by Gefeg, Sach. NR.EG B055.2-4AY 220V, 50 HZ, 0.9A, 80W, 1300 1/MIN. Repair Part for Supernumerota 212 Press. WAFI. The Simplified Acquisition procedures set forth in the FAR, parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitute the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for samll business (see numbered note 1). Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 9000 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, TX 76131. All interested Small Business must submit and offer in writing via Mail, fax or e-mail, to Loni Spring, at the above mentioned address. All offer received at the Washington, DC Facility will not be considered. All offers must include the unit price, extended price, the company's name, address, phone numbers, business size/status tax identification number and DUNS number.
