Description

THE US Government is interested in leaseing hanger, office and related space in the Metro South Atlanta, GA / Airport area suitable for use by the United States Marshal Service. Properties offered must meet the following basic criteria to recieve further consideration. REQUIRED: Approximately 15,500 BOMA usable square feet of office and hanger space. All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration and the building owner must be willing to amortize Tenant Improvements over the firm term of the lease.LOCATION: The space must be located within an area that could accommodate 10,000 square feet of hanger and 5, 000 square feet of office and support space. The office space must be constructed on two adjacent levels, each being approximately 2,500 square feet. The space provided must be in a setting that has easy access for aircraft to taxi onto airport runways, must be easily accessible to the Federal Courthouse, must not be in a traffic congested area. The delineated area is as follows: Two airport options- McCollum Field Airport, Fulton County Airport. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with a five (5) year renewal option, effective on or about June 1, 2003.
