Description

The Department of Defense, TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), Aurora, CO, intends to make a sole source award to Access Technology for non-personal services to maintain the Duplicate Claims System Software, to provide technical advice and expertise, consultation and coding services during the development, refinement and finalization of the Health Care Service Record (HCSR) and TRICARE Encounter Data (TED) web versions of the Duplicate Claims System (DCS) and during their deployment as production systems, to perform testing of the web versions of the DCS, and to assist TMA in the Department of Defense Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP) assessment process to include preparing documentation required for DITSCAP certification of the Duplicate Claims System. The period of performance includes the base period and option periods to not exceed five years. The intent is to use the sole source procedure in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. It is anticipated that award will be issued on or about January 15, 2003.
