Description

NA Requirements type contract for HIV, HTLV,and Hepatitis blood test reagents for delivery to Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period 1 March 2003 through 29 February 2004 with four one-year option periods. Estimated annual quantities: Auszyme test kit for det ection of Hepatitis B surface (35 kits), Corzyme test kit (70 kits), HIVAB (HIV 1/2) (35 kits), HTLVI/II test kit (35 kits), Anti-HCV test kit (35 kits), FPC Pipette Tips (24 cases), Optical Reference Solution (4 bottles), FPC Waste Bags (6 boxes), PPC The rmal Printer Paper (10 boxes), Dilutor Tubing Set (6 pack), Blanking Beads (30 boxes), 60-Well Reaction Trays (300 boxes), Manifold Assembly (18 each), Sulfuric Acid (1,500 bottles), OPD Reagent (180 kits), 200 UL Tri-Continent Dispenser (80 boxes), 300 UL Tri-Continent Dispenser (60 boxes), 50 UL Tri-Continent Dispenser (12 boxes), Quick Wash Tubing (20 packs), Urge belts (20 each), PPC Lamp (24 each), Diluent Syringe (16 each), Sample Syringe (16 each), Tray Cover Seals (8 boxes), Diluting Tubing Filters (16 each), Barcode Numbers (20 packs), OPD Tray Covers (4 cases), Water Canister (8 each), Waste Containers (8 each), Operator Training (1 lot), On-Call Technical Assistance (1 lot), Rental of 2 Analyzers (1 lot), Equipment Maintenance (1 lot).
