The revised purchase description dated 16 Jan 2003 replaces the previous description dated 6 Jan 2002. The closing date has been extended to 24 January 03. Bidders/Offerors/Quoters are required to acknowledge this amendment prior to the date and time specified in the amendment. Failure of your acknowledgement to be received at the place designated for receipt of offers prior to the date and time specified ma y result in rejection of your offer.
