Description

"Second Cooling Tower for Packaged A/C Units" at the Everett McKinley Dirksen U.S. Courthouse, 219 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois. Install a second rooftop condenser water cooling tower (single cell, 150 ton, 375 gpm) near the existing tower. Work includes installation of a new feedwater pump (15 hp, 375 gpm) and DDC controls integrated into the existing building automation system. Experience in this type of work is required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a size standard of 12 Million. This is a negotiated procurement and it is open to all business concerns. The Request for Proposal (RFP) including amendments, (if applicable) will be avaliable ONLY through the internet website Fedbizopps.gov. Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and amendments (if applicable). It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). The RFP will be posted on or about February 3, 2003. Woman-Owned, HUBzone, Veteran and Small Disadvantaged Businesses are encouraged to submit an offer.
