Description: The Kootenai National Forest, Three Rivers Ranger District, is soliciting 136 acres of machine slash piling. The equipment must be a crawler type excavator, 80 to 125 HP. Estimated start date is May 20, 2003, with all work to be completed by September 1, 2003. All quoters are encouraged to view the project sites. The solicitation will be available on approximately February 10, 2003, and can be downloaded from this site at that time.
