Description: This Special Notice is to clarify that Solicitation Number DTCG83-03-R-QN7HMC is set-aside only to eligible 8(a) firms located in the State of New Jersey. This requirement was posted originally posted on Nov. 21, 2002 under the Presolicitation Notice. All eligible 8(a) firms must submit a letter from the SBA in Newark, New Jersey to: Audrey L. Overholt, Contracting Officer, U.S. Coast Guard, Civil Engineering Unit Cleveland, 1240 East Ninth Street, Room 2179, Cleveland, Ohio 44199-2060 stating that they are eligible to receive the award. This letter must be submitted with the the proposal. Offers received from firms outside of New Jersey will not be accepted and will be returned.
