Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for Exterior Restoration of Building C-6 located at the U.S. Coast Guard Loran Support Unit, Wildwood, New Jersey. In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: 1.1 EFIS repair and crack patching. 1.2 Replacement of window, door, expansion joint and gutter sealants 1.3 Field adhesion tests as required for sealant manufacturer?s warranty. 1.4 Silicone elastomeric coating, two (2) coats. 1.5 Miscellaneous painting. This procurement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is open to both small and large businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
