Description

The Department of Justice, intends to enter into a "SOLE SOURCED" purchase order with Boston Properties. This requirement is for the reconfiguring of limited office space of the building located at 1301 New York Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. The Government anticipates the award oF a firm-fixed priced purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures. The proposed requirement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b). Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
