No telephone request will be accepted. NSN: 3940-01-130-3476, 410 each, PRON AX3F0145, APN: 70700-20357-045, applicable to the (BE) UH-60. Required delivery 401 each, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA) 10 Subsequent Month ly Quantity. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Texarkana, Texas. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% set aside for small business. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC SEC 2751 Et Seq) or the Exp ort Administration Act (Title 50, USC App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121370. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above a re encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a bid, prop osal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. The closing date is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
