- CORRECTION: Modification to Previous Notice. Notice is hereby issued to modify previous notice posted the FedBizOpps on 1/16/03 to Solicitation No. GS-02P-03-PIC-0006, for construction of an automobile/truck maintenance and repair shop at the GSA Center, Federal Drive, Road 28, Guaynabo, P. R. This solicitation notice is hereby updated to change bid opening due date. The solicitation bid opening date is changed from Monday, February 3, 2003, to Thursday, February 20, 2003. Solicitation Bid Form, Item 3, and Item 13A of printed SF-1442 is hereby corrected by this notice. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Contractors are reminded that the solicitation notice and amendments to the solicitation notice will be available for downloading on the GSA FedBizOpps website at www.fedbizopps.gov, however this solicitation incorporates documents which are not available electronically on the Government Port of Entry (GPE). The solicitation, amendments to the solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available through a secured Internet site. Interested parties shall send all requests to access the secured Internet site and requests for the solicitation to the attention of Wanda Cadilla, Contracting Officer at the e-mail or mailing addresses shown in this presolicitation notice. Contractors are also reminded that they will also be required to sign and submit to this office a Request for Construction Document Security Notice, (SBU), available for downloading on the GSA FedBizOpps website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Documents will not be released to any individual or firm who has not, supplied the required documentation. Once the request for the solicitation (BDU) Form has been accepted, one e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided. The e-mail will provide instructions for entry into the secured Internet site and access to the solicitation. No telephonic or fax requests will be honored for this solicitation. Numbered note 26 is also incorporated into this synopsis.
