Description: QUOTES ARE DUE BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS FEBRUARY 18, 2003. The contract consists of planting 8-inch containerized ponderosa seedlings utilizing power augers on 293 total acres, consisting of two (2) bid items - Bid Item 1 - 133 Acres as 3 Sub-Items: Sub-item 1.1 - 107 Acres, Sub-item 1.2 - 3 Acres, Sub-item 1.3 - 23 Acres & Bid Item 2 ? 160 Acres. Planting also includes planting spot preparation and construction of shade structures. Award will be made to one or more bidders, based on price and past performance. The contract will consist of two (2) Bid Items. Contract time will be: Bid Item 1 - 20 calendar days, Bid Item 2 ? 18 calendar days, or a Total of 30 calendar days if award to a single contractor.
