Description

NA Presolicitation notice for this action was originally posted on June 28, 2002 for solicitation number DAAE07-02-R-T162. This presolicitation notice is changed to read. No solicitation will be issued. Alpha negotiations will be conducted on sole source basis with TRAK International Inc, Port Washington, Wisconsin to determine if it is technically feasible and cost effective to extend the life (Service Life Extension Prog ram-Proof of Principle) for the U.S. Army's 6,000 Lb capacity variable reach rough terrain forklift. The contract number will be DAAE07-03-C-T019. Alpha negotiations will be conducted on sole source basis with TRAK International, Inc, Port Washington, Wi sconsin to determine if it is technically feasible and cost effective to upgrade (Conversion Proof of Principle) the U.S. Army's 6,000 Lb capacity variable reach rough terrain forklift to 10,000 Lbs capacity. The contract number will be DAAE07-03-C-T018.
