Description

NA One each CNC Wire Electrical Discharge Machine, FOB Destination, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL. Shall be furnished complete with motors, electrical controls, standard equipment, and other equipment as specified in the Scope of Work. Delivery is 180 days after the date of award. NAICS is 333512, 500 employees, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Issue date is 14 February 2003. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, Full & Open Competition. This action is Subject to Availability o f Funds. An award can only be made to an offeror that has registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR information is available at http://www.ccr.gov/. This solicitation may be downloaded from the following websites: The FedBizOpps at h ttp://www.fedbizopps.gov or The Army Single Face to Industry at http:// acquisition.army.mil. It will be the responsibility of the contractors to check these websites for the issuing and any changes to the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. During the solicitation process the contractor is urged not to contact any government points of contact regarding any general information. The G overnment will not be responsible for any information the Contractor obtains on their own. It is requested that all information be coordinated with the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer in writing. See Note 1.
