P., Steel Products Division, Anniston, AL for the FY03/04 overhaul and conversion of 77 M1068A2 vehicles and u pgrade of the same to the M1068A3 configuration with an option for an additional 102 M113 FOV overhaul/upgrades. Period of Performance is CY03/04. FOB: Origin. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) entitled ?Only One Responsible Source?. Subcontracting op portunities may exist with the prime contractor subsequent to award.
