Description

BLM Request for Proposals, NAR030048 JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE LAKE HAVASU SHORELINE RESTROOMS IN LAKE HAVASU, ARIZONA, FOR A 12-MONTH PERIOD, WITH FOUR 12-MONTH OPTIONS. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number NAR030048 applies and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the following requirement: The Bureau of Land Management's Lake Havasu, Arizona facility has a requirement for janitorial servicing of 18 portable restroom units, 2 days per week (for each unit) for 12 months, from approximately July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004, with 4 more 12-month option periods. The services shall include cleaning and pumping of the portable restroom unit vaults. The Lake Havasu, Arizona facility is located at 2610 Sweetwater Ave., Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard SIC/NAICS classification is S201/561720. Size standard is $14 million. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be issued.
