Description

The work includes the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies and supervision of construction, repairs and alterations to various Navy-owned or leased facilities by the use of a Multi-Trade contract. The work applies to any building or structure. The work to be accomplished will be inside and outside buildings. This is a firm-fixed price, IDIQ requirement. The NAICS Code is 236220. Size standard is $28.5 million. The contract will be for one base year; with four, one-year options. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. The approximate solicitation release date is 12 February 2003. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only.
