Description

NA U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to award a sole source contract to Meridian Institute for professional services for Adaptive Management Workshop Assistance on the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan. The Meridian Institu te will conduct a series of technical workshops involving CERP policy makers and technical experts in order to prepare an adaptive management strategy. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Award will be made using simpl ified acquisition procedures. This is not a request for quotations. A determination not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
