Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease 5,000 rentable square feet of contiguous office, meeting warehouse, laboratory and related space in the Washington, DC Monument Core Area. Additional square footage must be provided to accommodate 28 indoor parking spaces. Total space should be approximately 15,000 square feet. Space must be located in a quality building of sound and substantial construction with a potential for efficient layout. Space must be located on the ground floor. LOCATION: The U.S. government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated areas within Washington, DC: NORTH: Rhode Island and Massachusetts Avenues, EAST: The line of North and South Capital Street, SOUTH: The Anacostia and Potomic Rivers, WEST: The Anacostia and Potomic Rivers. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by Summer 2003. Twelve (12) on-site, seasonal (October to April) parking spaces are also required. LEASE TERM: Term is ten (10) years with two additional (5) five options.
