- This solicitation is hereby amended as follows (Amendment A02): CLARIFICATION: Maintenance Service Agreement as specified in the technical specification section 15625, Part 1 General, Section 1-9 will be the responsibility of the general construction contractor; therefore, offeror should include cost for this agreement in price proposal. CHANGES: The following changes are to be made to "Specifications - Volume 2": a. Page 15625-6, Centrifugal Water Chillers (Pre-Purchased): DELETE paragraph 1.9,G. in its entirety. b. Page 15625-7, Centrifugal Water Chillers (Pre-Purchased): Change 2.1 Manufacturers to read: A. Manufacturers: Subject to compliance with requirements, purchased centrifugal water chillers by Postal Service will be the products of Trane Company (The). c. Page 15625-9, Centrifugal Water Chillers (Pre-Purchased): DELETE paragraph 2.3,D. in its entirety. d. Page 15625-16, Centrifugal Water Chillers (Pre-Purchased): DELETE paragraph 2.8,C. in its entirety. PLEASE NOTE: Attachment consists of the technical submittals from the chiller supplier, for reference. THE REMAINDER OF THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE REMAINS AS ISSUED.
