NA ***ATTENTION***CONTACT LAVERNE ASKEW, CONTRACTING OFFICER, AMSAM-AC-LS-T, EMAIL LAVERNE.ASKEW@REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION. PRON: AX1L0113AX, NSN: 6105-01-304-8172, Part #: 4110806-1, Quantity: 40 each, applicable to the Aviation Ground Power Unit. FOB Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. The required delivery is 40 each, 120 days after contract award. The approved source for this item is Frisby Aerospace Inc. (1SR57) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identity themselves. Firms are encour aged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone requests will be accepted.
