Description

The Government intends to negotiate Firm Fixed Price type contracts for a Protestant Music Director as required by the Naval Amphibious Base Chapel, Little Creek, Norfolk VA The contractor shall administer the Little Creek Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Protestant Music Program in conjunction with the Senior Protestant Chaplain. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC Code is 8999. This acquisition will be accomplished through both commercial item procedures as well as Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with the Clinger Cohen Test Program, FAR Part 13.5. The resulting contract will be from 01 April 2003 through 30 September 2003 with two one-year options. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8999. Offeror is hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at FISC Norfolk Website: http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts/solicitations/default.htm or http://www.neco.navy.mil. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. Note 1 applies.
