Description

This is a notice and a request for comment, not a Request for Proposal(s). The purpose of this notice is to request Industry's review and comments on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for nationwide administrative support services for the Food, Nutrition and Consumer Services as part of their A-76 Competitive Sourcing effort. The Agency will not respond to Industries? PWS comments but will consider all comments in the final version of the PWS. A solicitation is currently planned for release on or about mid-April 03. FNS is also seeking qualified and experienced firms that provide these services. Firms are encouraged to respond by submitting their written capabilities and other information in sufficient detail, which demonstrates their ability to meet the Government's requirements. Information shall include but is not limited to: (1) Company information, including business size, Federal Government Program contracts/certifications, i.e., GSA, SBA 8(a), etc. (2) written documentation that demonstrates current qualifications to perform the services, (3) written past performance information for the same or similar services, including a description of the scope of work, dollar value, place(s) of performance, percent of subcontracting, contracting officer's name and phone number, and other information deemed relevant. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 561110 (Office Administrative Services). The Small Business Size Standard is $6M average annual gross revenue over the firm?s preceding three fiscal years.
