Description: USDA, Rural Development of Indiana requires the services to demolish two (2) single family dwellings. Lead-based paint inspections were conducted and lead-based paint found. Demolition shall be conducted in accordance with all local, city and state codes, laws and ordinances as well as all applicable EPA and OSHA requlations. Work shall be conducted in order to minimize further lead-based paint contamination of surrounding properties.
