Description

NA Procure 40 each Hydraulic Purification Kits for CH47D Helicopters, Part Number: CH47KITY2K as a sole source from Y2K Fluid Power Inc. Kits are made up of two 30 gallon stainless steel drums, two drum breather kits, two desiccant breathers and one filter c art. The NAICS is 333995, Small Business Size Standard is 500. Award of this solicitation is anticipated to be made sole source to Y2K Fluid Power Inc., 3020 Centerville Rd, Saint Paul, MN 55117-1105, who has patent rights to the parts that make up the k its. This requirement is considered to be commercial in nature. The proposed contract action is for supplies, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all quotes received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
