NA PRON: AX3F0431AX, NSN: 3040-01-085-4284, PN: 70400-02264-064, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-03-R-0115 Quantity: 1,000 each minimum/2,600 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F. O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 516 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 230 each per month until contract complete. The First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Required Del ivery without First Article Testing is 516 each, 240 DACA and 230 per month until contract complete. Required delivery is 200 each 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This is a Flight Safety Part. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporatio n, Cage Code 78286, and TEK Precision Co. Ltd., Cage Code 65780 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique desing capability, engineering skills, and manufacturuing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved sources(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required it em described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources my submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not clos e prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed throught their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEA SE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PROIR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. This requirement is unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
