Description: NA The fifteen month modification to FFP/CPFF Contract Number DAAB07-02-C-P304 is for enhancements to the Network Environment for Command, Control and Communications Mobile Systems (NECMS)/Mobility Assessment Test and Integration Center (MATIC), testing of Co mmand, Control, Communications and Computer (C4) Systems and testing support services. The additional two one year options are included to enable additional facility enhancements, testing and testing support services. The NECMS/MATIC is a testing facility that is located on the Laguna Pueblo, that enables testing of C4 Systems in an unique environment that is virtually free of Radio Frequency (RF)interference. It is critical that the government have immediate access to testing facilities that provide the capability to enable rapid assessments of the operational capabilities, and interoperability of C4 systems. The NECMS/MATIC is connected to an existing CECOM laboratory via fiber optic lines. The connection of CECOM's laboratory and the NECMS/MATIC requires expansion to enable comprehensive testing of C4 systems. Additionally, continued testing and testing support services are required to meet the government's requirements.
