- NA CONTACT Naim G. Rizk, Electronics Engineer, 732-532-9175. This is a market survey being conducted by the Communications Electronics Command to determine if additional sources exist for SCAMP spare parts. At this time, a proposal is not required, therefore your response will not be considered an offer. This request for information does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of any submission to this market survey or to contract for services. The Army intends to procure the SCAMP spares from Mfr. Rockwell Collins Inc., CAGE 95105 via a planned five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Firm Fixed Price contract. The list of SCAMP spare parts are as follows: Receiver Transmitter RT-1770(C)/PSC-11, NSN 5820- 01-440-6219; Control Device CD-134/PSC-11, NSN 5895-01-440-6523; Interface Unit J-6384(C)/PSC-11, NSN 5895-01-440-5861; External Power Supply PP-8452/PSC-11, NSN 6130-01-440-4533. Detailed technical data for the manufacturer or acceptance data of these p arts ARE NOT AVAILABLE from the army. Therefore, the impending spares acquisition will be issued on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Suppliers capable of providing these parts must so indicate in writing to: Commander USACEC OM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-T-MO(RIZK), Building 1202W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023 or via email to naim.rizk@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. The response MUST include documentation such as test results, copies of purchase orders if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from the listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with the parts that will be form, fit and functionally interchangeable with the parts from the previous supplier. Successful suppliers will b e required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army and be delivered on time.
