- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 400 square feet of usable space within the Central Business District of Moline, Illinois. One (1) inside parking space is required for tenant parking. Seeking quality modern office space in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest should be received by February 21, 2003, reference Solicitation For Offers (SFO) Number GS-05B-17308 and should include the following: 1. Building names and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measure used to determine rentable square feet 4.
