Description

NA 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990 with a size standard of $17.0 million. The term ?size standard? describes the numerical definition of a small business. In other wo rds, a business, including its affiliates, which has been in business for three or more complete fiscal years with annual average gross revenue of $17.0 million or below meets the size standard and is considered Small Business. Contract MUST be register ed in the DOD Central Contractor Registration prior to award of this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The work consists of maintenance dredging of approximately 124,000 CY of unclassified m aterial from Folly River, Charleston County, South Carolina. Material shall be placed in designated disposal sites at Bird Key Complex and Folly Beach. The work includes providing a disposal area report and complying with the requirements of the Endanger ed Species Act and Marine Mammals Protection Act. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Plans and Specifications are issued only as an Electronic Bid Set (CD-ROM format) at no cost.
