Description

Invitation For Bids (IFB) Solicitation GS-11P-03-YMC-0015 These services require contractor to provide equipment, labor, materials, supplies and supervision needed for the renovation of the Front lobby area at the GSA, Heating Operation & Transmission District located at 13th & C Streets, Washington, DC 20407. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 12/03/2002 with the bids due by 01/06/2003. This procurement, detailed in nature is open to large and small businesses. Bid and Payment bonds are required for this procurement. Please be advised that a pre-construction site visit is scheduled for 12/10/2002 at 10:00am at the Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant located at 13th & C Streets, SW Washington, DC 20407. All interest offerors are encouraged to attend. This solicitation may be obtained through electronic data interchange. No paper copies will be provided. Registration instructions are available on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov. Prospective bidders must self register their firm or office to receive this solicitation.
