Description: NA The US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) plans on awarding a purchase order to SIGNIA-IDT (previously BAE), Gaithersburg, Maryland, for on-site testing of an upgraded version of the WJ-8654A-1 Radio Receiver, part of Guardrail, Common Sensor. The effort shall be performed in Weisbaden, Germany and Camp Humphreys, South Korea. SIGNIA-IDT is the original manufacturer of the WJ-8654A-1 Radio Receiver. All data associated with the receiver is proprietary to the company.
