Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Forecast International, Inc. for a Subscription to the Forecast International Market Libraries online. The DIA has a requirement for online, real-time access to a service providing long-range market development forecasts and analysis on civil and military aerospace, space, power, weapons, naval, electronics and defense systems industries worldwide. The service shall provide information on specific systems such as funding, technical data, contract information, program history, outlook and analysis, long-range forecasts, forecast rationales, and production timetables, and worldwide distribution. The service shall be accessible 24 hours a day. Responses should reference PR 212-0065Z-03 Interest parties have 5 business days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications-capabilities. Such qualifications-capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis but set-aside for small business.
