Description: As-needed primarily point-to-point passenger transport to and from the Coeur dAlene, Idaho vicinity, Kootenai County, Idaho. Need is for fully operated aircraft in both single and multi-engine categories. Aircraft, operator, and service must be geographically located within the Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho area. Multiple awards are anticipated. Contract period will run for one calendar year from date of award with renewal option for two (2) additional years. Estimated start date of April 2003.
