- Description
- This project consists of the design and construction of a 17,371 square foot two-story office building; a 4,386 single-story warehouse; a 11,730 square foot single-storage; and related site work, utilities, parking areas and access roads. Modification: ANM/JRD Collocated Administrative Facility Addenda Items 1. Contractors that are significantly involved in the preparation of the solicitation package are not authorized to participate in either Phase I or II of the JRD design/build selection. Contractors identified herein are not currently authorized to participate; however, the list is not inclusive. a. MRV Architects b. R&M Engineering c. Gorman Engineers d. Coffman Engineers e.
