Description: The objective of this RFP is to exploit and expand irrigated agriculture throughout Mali and to develop and reinforce the animal feed industry in Mali with the intention of increasing producers? incomes in order to foster economic growth and substantially reduce poverty. This overall objective will be achieved through a well designed production related program that will make more irrigated land available for production and create investment opportunities for the private sector in irrigation. An additional objective is to create private animal feed enterprises for improved feed products and least cost rations for producers and further stimulate commercial networks.
