- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-03-T-0010 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Ci rcular 2001-12. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. Provide all labor, materials and associated costs to replace AFT Transmission Beam (1 ea) on the UH-60 aircraft 83-23582 at the Mississippi Army National Guard?s A VCRAD, Gulfport, Mississippi and LH Transmission Beam (1 ea) on the UH-60 83-23894 at the Mississippi Army National Guard?s AASF, Jackson, MS broken out as follows per location: Materials and Labor with Associated Per Diem Costs for Replacement transmiss ion beam, travel costs, daily per diem for meals and lodging. Per Diem rate is based on the prevailing government per diem rates for Jackson and Gulfport, Mississippi. The government will provide an adequate, safe, and secure work space/tool storage facili ties for the contractor. The government will be responsible for depopulating the aircraft as required, prior to evolution and repopulate/rig/checkout the aircraft as required after repairs have been completed. The contractor will provide on- the-job trai ning to the government in both locations for the purpose of basic rework/repair procedures only and will not be certifiable. The contractor shall provide and install beams as specified above. The government will provide at no cost to the contractor any un anticipated specialty tooling or material. Any repairs considered above and beyond this scope of work will be negotiated separately. The contractor shall have access to all technical publications, DMWR?s, and all updates available at these sites. The go vernment will retain title of and responsibility for the aircraft and all maintenance activities for the aircraft during replacement of both beams. The contractor shall complete this work within two weeks after receipt of notification to the successful co ntractor. The government will provide its own quality assurance representative for inspection and acceptance of the work. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial applies.
