Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. (ii) Solicitation F44600-03-T-0007 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) The solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. (iv) The NAICS code is 541512 with a size standard, averaged over a one year period of $21,000,000.00. (v) Langley AFB plans to procure on a sole source basis, from Veridian Systems Division for OrthoImage Tools Software. Veridian Systems holds the sole license for the sale of OrthoImage software. (vi) The following requirements are applicable: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide the software license for the Veridian software used in the production of the Arc Digital Raster Images (ADRI). (vii) Delivery: Performance Period will be 30 days after receipt of order. Delivered to the 20 IS/NBC, 55 CS/SCBBA Bldg 301D Area 18, Offut AFB, NE 68113. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) N/A.
