- PR No: LTC03021007958. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Tube, Detector, NSN: 6665-01-054-8160. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract base plus four option years. Approved source of supply is Mine Safety Appliance Co (CAGE: 55799) PN: 464804. Item shall be manufactured to CAGE 53711 Spec WS16703E and Drawing 5020804. Acquisition of this part is restricted to source(s) specified on the source control drawing. Alternate offers will not be accepted. Estimated Annual Quantity Base Year: 2117 BX, Option Years: 1140 BX. Required Delivery: 130 Days ARO, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Origin. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
