Description

NA PRON: AX360935AX, NSN: 6610-118-7577, PN: 114VS805-3, Quantity: 25 each minimum/225 each maximum, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery is 5 each, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This are restricted to Horizon Aerospace LLC, 1290 Blossom Drive, Victor, NY 14 564-1401 and The Boeing Company, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offero rs must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete f or future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annota ted is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed t hrough their respective embassies. This Acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470 .
