PRON: AX3Q0121AX, NSN: 1615-01-275-2165, PN: 406-010-401(-111), Quantity 15 each, with two 100% options applicable to the Oh-58D Airframe. F.O. B. Origin with a quantity of 15 each going to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 15 eac h, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 348 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 15 each, 360 DACA. Required delivery with Alternate II Clause is 15 each, 450 DACA. This item is restricted Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code: 97499 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not a vailable for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
