Description

NA Point of contact for this solicitation is Susan Newby, (206) 764-6780, Email: susan.f.newby@nws02.usace.army.mil. Hopper maintenance dredging of approximately 400,000 cubic yards of shoal material from the South Reach and Outer Crossover at Grays Harbor, Washington. The dredged materials will be disposed at the WDNR managed Point Chehalis open-water disposal area. N ear shore placement of dredged materials in Half Moon Bay will be utilized as well. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications package. The estimated dollar value is in the range of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 with a complet ion period of 60 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $28.5 Million. Project is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business and your proposal will exceed $1 million, you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan with goals for small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $28.5 million.
