This is a request for quotation for the items identified herein. Quotes may be e-mailed to doug.Janders@luke.af.mil or fax?d to (623) 856-3438 by close of business on the dates specified. Delivery shall be FOB destination to Luke AFB, AZ. Desired Delivery is 30 days ARO.
