NA The US Army Research Laboratory, Adelphi, MD 20783, Plans to issue a request for proposal for Renewal of online subscription to IEEE/IEL Electronic Library for one yearwith four years options, The Government intends to solicit only one source, The Insstitu te of Electrical and Electronices Engineers Inc. 445 Hoes Lane, P.O. Box 1331 Piscataway NJ 08855, under the authority of FAR 6.303. Thesolicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at http://www.febizopps.gov. Interested p ersons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitve proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this s ynopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. no telephone requests will be honored.
