Description

The 38 EIG/PK intends to procure on a sole source basis local telephone service for the 344th RCS/RSSL recruiting office at 4600 S. Medford Dr., Ste 1024C, Lufkin TX 76901. The intended contractor TXU Communications, shall provide the following services: (1) commercial business lines, (2) data lines (3) extended area service. The period of performance shall be five years from the date of contract award. The primary place of performance will be 4600 S. Medford Dr., Ste1024C, Lufkin TX. This acquisition is conducted under the Air Force's regulatory delegation of GSA's exclusive procurement authority for Federal Information Processing (FIP) resources. This sole source acquisition is justified under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). The Government intends to issue a Communication Service Authorization (CSA) written against the 38 EIG/PKK, Tinker AFB OK basic agreement F34608-00-H-5005. Note 22.
