- This announcement was previously posted on 14 August 2002 however to upload this solicitation under DHS this will need to be posted at this time. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The U.S. Coast Guard ELC has a requirement for replacement deckhouses for the 41 Ft. Utility boats. The deckhouses shall be constructed of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic with a foam core and an exterior and interior gelcoat in accordance with Coast Guard Specification No. P 151-0302 dated 5/97. Deckhouses shall be in accordance with the following Specification as delinated in the specification: MIL-R-21607E, FED-STD-595b, ASTM-D2584, ASTM-D638, ASTM-D3846, ASTM-D-790, ASTM-D-3951, ASTM-D-2583, ASTM-D-570, ASTM-D-2734, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994, and U.S. Coast Guard Drawing No. 41UT-1107-2, REV B. The U.S. Coast Guard ELC intends to award a requirements type contract for a base year and four , one year options. Estimated quantity per year is 10 each. Delivery to be 90 calendar days after approval of First Article testing. -- See Numbered Notes 1 and 26.
